2. Booking, payment, and products

The session is reserved only after the stated retainer is paid. Unless otherwise written, retainers are non-refundable. Artwork, albums, prints, wall art, collections, or additional digital purchases are separate from the base session unless specifically listed above.

3. Rescheduling and cancellation

One reschedule may be allowed with reasonable notice and availability. Additional reschedules, late cancellations, or no-shows may require a new retainer. If Photographer must reschedule due to emergency, illness, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the session will be rescheduled without penalty.

4. Closed set and privacy of the experience

The session is conducted as a closed set unless otherwise agreed in writing. Only essential approved personnel may be present. Photographer will handle Client images with discretion and only for proofing, retouching, artwork preparation, delivery, and any image use permissions selected below.

5. Comfort level / wardrobe range

Client initials any level that may be photographed:

  • ___ Covered / lingerie / wardrobe-based imagery

  • ___ Implied nude or partially revealing imagery

  • ___ Fine art nude imagery

Client may pause, revise, or decline a pose during the session.

6. Image use + privacy options

Initial one:

  • ___ Standard Use - Photographer may use final images and behind-the-scenes content for portfolio, website, social media, self-promotion, and studio marketing.

  • ___ Anonymous Use Only - Photographer may use only images in which Client is not fully identifiable, such as face-hidden images, cropped images, silhouette images, or detail images.

  • ___ No Public Use / Private Session - Photographer will not use images or behind-the-scenes content publicly.

Due to the limitations of future marketing and promotion - privacy fee of $500 applies

7. Delivery and editing

Raw, unedited, or unfinished files are not delivered unless specifically written above. Photographer controls final editing style and curation. Delivery timing begins after selections, payment, and required approvals are complete.

8. Client use rights

Client receives personal-use rights to purchased final images or products. Images may not be resold, altered, licensed, published commercially, or used by third parties without Photographer’s written approval.

9. Editing and alteration

Client may not alter delivered images beyond ordinary cropping or resizing for platform fit. No filters, AI edits, retouching, overlays, or modifications that misrepresent Photographer’s work are allowed without written approval.

10. Liability and agreement

Photographer will use reasonable care in performing the session and preserving files. In the event of equipment failure, data loss, illness, emergency, or other circumstance limiting performance, Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by Client.

By signing, both parties confirm that they understand and accept the terms of this Agreement.
