This Agreement is between Electric Boudoir Photography LLC ("Photographer") and the undersigned model ("Model").

1. Services

Model agrees to participate in the session described above and to arrive prepared, on time, and ready to perform the agreed concept and styling range.

2. Compensation

Model will be compensated according to the terms written above. Payment covers Model’s time and participation only and does not transfer copyright or ownership in the images.

3. Comfort level / wardrobe range

Model initials any level that may be photographed:

• ___ Covered / wardrobe-based imagery

• ___ Implied nude or partially revealing imagery

• ___ Fine art nude imagery

Model may pause, revise, or decline a pose during the session.

4. Photographer use rights

Photographer retains full copyright and may use final images for portfolio, website, social media, self-promotion, studio marketing, printed samples, editorial submission, competition, client presentations, and licensing.

5. Model use rights

Model may use delivered final images for portfolio, comp card, social media, and self-promotion with credit where practical. Model may not sell, sublicense, retouch, filter, or authorize third-party commercial use without Photographer’s written approval.

6. Image use + privacy options

Initial one:

• ___ Standard Use — Photographer may use final images for portfolio, website, social media, self-promotion, studio marketing, client presentations, licensing, and related professional uses.

• ___ Anonymous Use Only — Photographer may use only images in which Model is not fully identifiable, such as face-hidden images, cropped images, silhouette images, or detail images.

• ___ Restricted Use by special written approval only.

7. Closed set and conduct

Only essential approved personnel may be present unless otherwise agreed in writing. Both parties agree to professional conduct and clear communication of boundaries.

8. Cancellation

If the session is canceled within the agreed protected window, any cancellation fee or kill fee written above may apply.

9. Agreement

By signing, both parties confirm that they understand and accept the terms above.
