This Agreement is between Electric Boudoir Photography LLC ("Photographer") and the undersigned participant ("Participant"). This collaboration is intended for portfolio-building, creative development, and agreed promotional use.

1. Collaboration terms

Unless otherwise written above, no monetary compensation is owed. Any deliverables, credits, products, or agreed exchange terms should be written in the session details.

2. Closed set and conduct

The session will be conducted as a closed set unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participation is consent-based. Boundaries regarding wardrobe, posing, touch, set personnel, and image style must be discussed before shooting and may be restated during the session.

3. Comfort level / wardrobe range

Participant initials any level that may be photographed:

  • ___ Covered / wardrobe-based imagery

  • ___ Implied nude or partially revealing imagery

  • ___ Fine art nude imagery

Participant may pause, revise, or decline a pose during the session.

4. Photographer use rights

Photographer retains full copyright and may use final images for portfolio, website, social media, self-promotion, studio marketing, editorial submission, competition, and related professional use, subject to the option selected below.

5. Participant use rights

Participant may use delivered final images for portfolio, self-promotion, comp card, personal website, and social media with credit where practical. Participant may not sell, sublicense, retouch, filter, or authorize third-party use without Photographer’s written approval.

6. Image use + privacy options

Initial one:

  • ___ Standard Use — Photographer may use final images for portfolio, website, social media, self-promotion, and studio marketing.

  • ___ Anonymous Use Only — Photographer may use only images in which Participant is not fully identifiable, such as face-hidden images, cropped images, silhouette images, or detail images.

7. Delivery and selection

Photographer determines final curation and editing style. Raw files, proofs, and unfinished files are not delivered unless specifically written above.

8. Cancellation and no-show

Late cancellation, non-response, or no-show may void collaboration obligations and future scheduling priority.

9. Agreement

By signing, both parties confirm that they understand and accept the collaboration terms above.
